Processing Times
All orders are processed, packed, and verified within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) before being handed over to our global logistics partners. You will receive an automated tracking notification email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

To maintain high quality control and offer competitive pricing, we ship our inventory directly from our automated fulfillment facilities.
  • Standard Secure Shipping: 7 to 12 business days.
  • Please note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Tracking Your Package
Every single order includes secure, end-to-end tracking. Once your parcel ships, we will email you a tracking number linked directly to our carrier updates. You can monitor its transit status 24/7 from your bedroom using the link provided in your shipment email.
Incorrect Address Policy
Because our fulfillment systems are highly automated, orders are pushed to our global suppliers almost instantly. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping details entered at checkout are 100% correct. If you notice a typo, please contact us at Mauskintherapy@gmail.com within 2 hours of purchase. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to an incorrect address once they have left our warehouse.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking status shows that your item has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local postal carrier first. MauSkin Therapy is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery. However, if your package is officially declared lost in transit by the courier prior to delivery, we will reship your item at zero extra cost to you.
