30-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact our support team at Mauskintherapy@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Clear photo or video evidence showing the damage, structural defect, or incorrect item.
Once our team reviews and validates the issue, we will issue a 100% free replacement or a full refund back to your original payment method. You will not have to pay out of pocket to fix an error on our end.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier or fails to arrive within our standard estimated shipping windows, we will process a full refund or send a brand-new tracking number for a replacement package immediately.
Cancellations & Address Changes
Because our fulfillment system is highly automated to ensure fast shipping, orders are sent directly to our global suppliers within hours of checkout. You may request a cancellation or address correction within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped by our fulfillment center, we cannot cancel or modify it.
Change of Mind / Returns
To keep our prices competitive and minimize our carbon footprint, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for standard "change of mind" reasons or accidental duplicate purchases. Please read all product descriptions, dimensions, and specifications carefully before checking out.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed immediately back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and credit card institutions typically take 3 to 7 business days to post these funds to your account.
